




Job Description: * Completed technical education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position or in roles related to Logistics (receiving, verification, inventory audits, and stock control); * Experience using integrated systems; * Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience with inventory routines for hospital medical products is desirable. * Generate system reports for conducting inventories; * Schedule inventory audits with clients (hospitals and clinics) and perform external inventories; * Conduct internal inventories (head office and branch stocks), following scheduling/negotiation between your management team and Logistics Managers; * Enter information about inventoried materials into systems and applications for tracking billing discrepancies; * Populate reports after completing inventories; * Daily monitoring and promotion of movement of materials nearing expiration dates across each unit (UN); * Perform necessary relocations of materials nearing expiration dates, per management instructions; * Monitor the Logistics team’s labeling operation for materials nearing expiration dates; * Request Logistics to remove non-conforming materials (expired, damaged, or technically defective) for disposal; seek Quality Manager’s approval for issuing invoices and/or issue corresponding invoices for processes under your responsibility; * Propose strategies to reduce losses. 2512170202551751095
