Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, assisting technicians in keeping equipment and structures in optimal working condition. Carry out tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, component replacement, painting, masonry, and other activities essential for maintaining and ensuring operational safety in the industrial environment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform general carpentry, joinery, and masonry services, repairing cracks and fissures, waterproofing surfaces, restoring paintwork, replacing ceramic tiles, repairing furniture, ceilings, doors, and windows, fixing partitions, and performing various adjustments. * Support hydraulic maintenance services by monitoring the operation of installations, cleaning and replacing filters, unclogging drains, sinks, and toilets, and carrying out other assigned tasks related to installation repairs. * Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each type of activity. * Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, and eliminating waste and stains. * Ensure proper care and preservation of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services. * May manage inventory of materials, parts, components, tools, and equipment, verifying quantities and recording movements in documents and spreadsheets.
