OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in Brazil, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. The organization offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct therapeutic workshop sessions under the guidance and supervision of higher-level professionals; * Support and participate in assessments to identify patient needs for therapeutic workshop activities; * Provide individual and/or group sessions; * Collaborate within an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional team to implement therapeutic workshop proposals and activities—including capoeira workshops, sports practices, community gardens, musical expression, bodily expression, games and play—as resources to develop skills and potentials that foster patient and group autonomy and social inclusion; * Record session-related information in medical records and in the schedules of reference higher-level professionals responsible for these activities; * Participate in periodic team meetings for case studies and discussions aimed at developing and reviewing Individual Therapeutic Plans (ITPs); * Accompany professionals, patients, and families during sports presentations and competitions, including those held outside the city; * Participate in social inclusion initiatives developed and/or supported by CER IV, promoting recreational, cultural, sports, and social activities in partnership with public facilities in the territory—such as schools, daycare centers, cultural centers, and public leisure areas; * Participate in continuing education strategies addressing diverse topics related to disability, targeting patients, family members, teachers, and professionals from various fields; * Provide logistical support—including material organization and environmental setup—for activities carried out by CER IV, such as individual and group sessions, lectures, and training for internal and external audiences, ensuring the preservation and integrity of resources and reporting replacement needs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided in the company cafeteria.
