We are seeking a professional responsible for generating analytical intelligence for CRM and VIP Customer Management, building dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, measuring churn, studying player behavior, and generating strategic insights to drive retention and loyalty. Responsibilities: \-Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Data Studio, etc.). \-Analyze campaign results (uplift, conversion, ROI, engagement). \-Calculate and monitor KPIs: churn, LTV, frequency, customer lifetime. \-Provide analytical support to the CRM team and VIP program.
