Opportunity for growth into a permanent position on the team We are looking for a Closer to operate in the final stage of our commercial process, responsible for conducting meetings with qualified leads and closing contracts. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct meetings with leads pre\-qualified by the SDR team. * Present the solution and overcome objections. * Close sales and record results in the CRM. * Follow up with leads who did not close during the first meeting. * Maintain an updated pipeline and report weekly metrics. **Requirements** * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to lead commercial conversations. * Organization and discipline regarding schedule and goals. * Aptitude for handling objections and negotiation. * Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in consultative sales or high-value products. * Knowledge of the real estate, construction development, or education markets. * Proven track record of closing sales. **What We Offer** * Commission-based compensation with high earning potential. * Qualified leads provided by the SDR team — you focus solely on closing. * Comprehensive training on the product and sales process. * Opportunity for growth into a permanent position on the team.
