**Position:** Operations Technical Assistant **Area of Activity:** Shopping Center – Major Construction Projects and Operations **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor construction projects from blueprint review and analysis through to completion and handover. * Prepare, revise, and monitor comprehensive budgets (from project inception to completion). * Supervise compliance with project specifications, technical standards, safety regulations, and deadlines. * Work directly with operational and maintenance teams (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water meters, and automation). * Conduct intermediate and final inspections for store release and inauguration. * Develop cost spreadsheets, quantity take-offs, and budgetary composition sheets. * Support technical analyses of renovation, installation, and new implementation projects. * Interact with internal departments, tenants, contractors, and technical committees. **Technical Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction * Proven experience managing medium- and large-scale construction projects. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, electrical, plumbing, and automation blueprints. * Experience preparing construction budgets, cost spreadsheets, and financial monitoring. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced AutoCAD proficiency. * Knowledge of construction, installation, and safety regulatory standards. * Experience working in complex environments (shopping centers, commercial developments, or similar). **Additional Information** * Employment Schedule: Rotating 5x2 shift, business hours, with on-call duties. * Salary – R$ 5,700.00, + Health and Dental Insurance + Meal or Food Allowance + Parking Credential or Transportation Allowance + Life Insurance + Discounts at Shopping Center Stores (to be confirmed) + Wellhub (Gympass).
