Job Summary: Security professional responsible for patrolling, access control, and enforcement of internal regulations in a shopping mall environment, with emphasis on public customer service and emergency response. Emergency response and provision of information to customers **SECURITY GUARD** Salvador \- BA **Schedule: Rotating shift: 6 days on / 1 day off, from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM** Valid security guard certification or current refresher course. Availability to work closing shifts. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Prior experience in customer service and/or security. Salary: BRL 2,170.90 \+ 30% hazard pay Benefits: Group Medical Assistance, Group Dental Assistance, Group Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Parking, Transportation Voucher Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) **Responsibilities:** \- Conduct pre\-established patrols, monitoring foot traffic, behavior, and suspicious situations; Control entry of people and goods, ensuring compliance with internal policies; Enforce shopping mall regulations (Code of Conduct, Internal Bylaws), issuing notifications when necessary; Know the mall’s full layout (entrances, checkpoints, critical areas); Keep stairways and emergency exits unobstructed and report irregularities to the Supervisor; Escort lost children and deliver found items/documents to the responsible department; Perform duties related to the position. Master the Security Plan and conduct interventions according to standard procedures.; Provide information to customers and direct them to the appropriate departments.; Conduct interventions only upon Supervisor authorization, in cases of regulation violations; Respond to emergencies within store premises Join this team!
