Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** Supervise production activities, ensuring goal achievement. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage shift production control; monitor on-site process losses: scrap quantity, materials used, and machine-hours and/or labor-hours expended, with the aim of proposing improvements and optimizing the process; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, losses, rework, absenteeism, and OEE. * Prepare and track managerial reports and performance dashboards. * Ensure accuracy of data entered into systems (ERP/MES) and internal controls. * Conduct data analysis to identify deviations and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Oversee inventories, raw material consumption, and waste control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in production supervision with emphasis on data and indicator analysis. * Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, VBA, charts, and data analysis). * Experience with Protheus ERP systems. * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Lean). **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Profit-sharing program * On-site cafeteria * Transportation provided by the company * Meal allowance * Dental care coverage * Medical assistance / Group medicine
