Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing inventory levels, developing procurement strategies, negotiating prices and delivery terms, and overseeing the entire process until product arrival. Interpersonal relationship and teamwork **Junior Buyer** -------------------- **OVERVIEW** Responsible for analyzing inventory status and formulating procurement strategies, including negotiation of price, delivery schedule, and payment terms. Identify new products and suppliers. Negotiate agreements and contracts while evaluating their outcomes. Monitor the entire procurement process, especially for imported goods, until the product arrives at the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Execute, monitor, and analyze all procurement stages for assigned suppliers Place purchase orders and track them through to receipt Ensure full store replenishment Monitor store sales reports Monitor procurement-, sales-, margin-, budget-, shrinkage-, and commercial agreement-related reports Coordinate with the finance department (accounts payable and receivable) and tax/audit department Collaborate with the marketing department on general and commercial initiatives Monitor in-store negotiated promotions and offers Contribute to business profitability Negotiate and issue commercial agreements Prospect new suppliers Product registration Management report administration Monthly closing Product mix review Field visits to company-owned and competitor stores Monitor JBP contracts.
