




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, equipment, and areas within the Nutrition Department, ensuring organization, preservation, and compliance with regulations. Ensuring equipment operates properly and reporting maintenance or replenishment needs to supervisors **Responsibilities:** Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, equipment, and areas within the Nutrition Department—including bakery areas, cold rooms, shelves, cabinets, corridors, administrative offices, changing rooms, and lactation rooms—according to schedules and standard operating procedures. Performs material and equipment organization and preservation, conducts daily supply control, ensures correct use and dilution of cleaning products, and carries out proper waste disposal. Also ensures compliance with food hygiene and occupational safety regulations, monitors equipment functionality, and reports to supervisors any requirements for restocking or maintenance. **Requirements:** \- Completed High School education; \- Prior experience in this role. **Work Schedule:** \- 12x36 shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
