Job Summary: The Accounting Analyst is responsible for executing and analyzing accounting routines, ensuring proper bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Support in accounting closing and ancillary obligations **Location:** Salvador **Position:** Accounting Analyst **Salary:** R$ 3\.073,77 to R$ 3\.805,01 **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Description:** The Accounting Analyst position is responsible for executing and analyzing accounting routines, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements, guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards and supporting client requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in an accounting firm will be a differentiator; * Knowledge of the Domínio system will be considered a plus; * Proficiency in: Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting; * Tax obligations: ECD, ECF, MIT; * Support in accounting closing; * Experience with TOTVS system; * Experience with Lucro Real. **Main Responsibilities:** **Accounting Routines** * Execute accounting bookkeeping for companies under the following tax regimes: Simples Nacional * Perform classification, reconciliation, and accounting entries * Verify the integrity of recorded information * Lucro Presumido * Lucro Real **Financial Statements** * Prepare and review financial statements, such as: Balance Sheet * Ensure consistency and quality of financial information * Income Statement (Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício) * Generate and analyze monthly trial balances **Accounting Closing** * Support monthly accounting closing * Assist in preparing and delivering ancillary obligations * Meet deadlines and ensure compliance with current legislation **Benefits:** * Remote work (for internal employees on Wednesdays and Fridays); * Discounts at stores and universities; * Birthday Day Off; * Dental Plan; * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass.
