We invest in diversity, innovation, and technology to deliver the best experience in connected energy solutions to each of our 16 million customers! **Work Location:** Salvador/BA **Your energy will be crucial for:** Acting as the responsible party for driving and enabling technology demands for a Neoenergia business unit, connecting internal client needs with IT departments and facilitating decisions regarding financial and technical feasibility. You will coordinate all projects within the business unit throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring progress, control, and executive clarity on decisions, risks, vendors, and deliveries. **Responsibilities:** * Drive technology demands for the assigned business unit, organizing, prioritizing, and structuring internal client needs; * Serve as the central point of coordination among internal clients, IT technical teams, and support areas, ensuring alignment and smooth decision-making; * Facilitate and coordinate the financial and technical feasibility process for demands, including estimations, budget development, and interaction with vendors and internal IT teams; * Coordinate business unit projects across their entire lifecycle—from demand structuring through delivery—ensuring scope, schedule, cost, risk, and dependency control; * Lead monitoring and decision-making forums, ensuring clarity on priorities, pending items, risks, and action items; * Manage vendor relationships, overseeing contracts, deliveries, risks, and deviations; * Maintain continuous executive clarity on business unit status, required decisions, relevant risks, and business impacts; * Consistently participate in monitoring and decision-making forums, communicating clearly and directly at the executive level; * Organize, prioritize, and manage demands from multiple stakeholders, with a focus on decision-making and delivery. **Requirements to join our team:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Administration, or related fields; * Experience managing technology demands and projects; * Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management, backed by hands-on experience; * Experience coordinating demands and projects on critical corporate platforms such as CRM, ERP, or technical systems, with exposure to at least one of the following platforms: Salesforce, SAP, GIS, or ADMS—acting at the intersection of business, IT, and vendors; * Experience managing project or process budgets; * Experience managing vendors, including tracking deliveries, deadlines, risks, and deviations. **To keep your energy high, check out our benefits:** * **Health and Dental Plans** to care for you and your dependents. * **Food Allowance** to stock up your pantry or **Meal Voucher** to enjoy lunch with colleagues; * **Profit and Results Sharing Program**, the most anticipated moment of the year!; * **Extended Maternity Leave**, for a more tranquil postpartum period; * **Paternity Leave**, to stay close to your family during your baby’s first days; * **Totalpass**, for physical activity and renewed energy; * **Language Program**, to improve your skills in another language; * **Private Pension Plan**, for a more secure future; * **Life Insurance**, supporting our employees at every stage.
