Job Summary: The professional will assist in pedagogical work, facilitate communication, distribute documents, provide information, and support the organization and maintenance of facilities. Maintenance and organization of spaces and equipment **Job Description:** Assist in enabling collective pedagogical work. Facilitate communication among the pedagogical community and associated organizations. Distribute documents relevant to various departments. Identify and provide information and/or direct individuals to the appropriate personnel. Monitor incidents related to replacement and distribution of classroom equipment. Inspect the sanitation conditions of restrooms, classrooms, corridors, etc. Perform sanitation tasks, if necessary or upon request by leadership. Organize chairs in classrooms and instructional support equipment. **Clean windows, walls, and tiles:** remove dirt; clean glass surfaces, observing health and safety prevention standards. Transport documents and deliver them to their respective recipients. Transport and install instructional support equipment. Occasionally support elevator operations, safely and efficiently transporting people and cargo while ensuring the safety of individuals and property, adhering to weight and occupancy limits. Interact courteously and kindly with parents/guardians, students, staff, and visitors. Assist students with discipline procedures, ensuring their safety. Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for cleaning activities. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Minimum six months of experience in the field.
