Work Location: Salvador/BA Your energy will be highly valuable for: Responsible for executing payroll processes, including vacation processing, terminations, payroll calculation, labor and social security obligations, ancillary obligations, and submissions to eSocial, ensuring accurate employee payments and fulfillment of ancillary obligations by Neoenergia Group companies. Responsibilities: * Manage routine personnel administration tasks, preparing entries, calculating and processing vacation payments, and preparing payroll entries and reconciliations; request payroll release and monitor payment processing, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution of payments; * Execute employment termination processes, verify calculations, and prepare documentation for delivery to former employees, complying with current legislation and internal regulations; * Execute the calculation, reconciliation, and payment of employees’ annual vacations, complying with current legislation and internal regulations; * Ensure reconciliation, issuance, payment, and record-keeping of social and labor charges, as well as fulfillment of ancillary obligations, to comply with applicable legislation; * Analyze collective bargaining agreements to ensure correct application in payroll processing; * Generate and validate payroll reports (e.g., closing reports) to meet SOX controls defined for the department; * Complete payroll procedure checklists; * Serve as a legal representative at labor hearings, under guidance from leadership and the Legal Department, when required; * Provide support and guidance to managers, HR, and RTS regarding personnel administration procedures to prevent operational deviations and errors; * Support internal and external audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies; * Assist employees by providing information and clarifying questions related to payments, deductions, and other payroll entries via the Employee Assistance Center (CAC); * Participate in departmental improvement projects and in implementing personnel administration infrastructure for new group companies. To join our team, you must have: Required: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with eSocial; * Experience with vacation and termination closing processes; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience in payroll processing; * Knowledge of statutory and social charges.
