Work Location: Salvador/BA Your energy will be highly valuable in: Executing, under supervision, administrative activities related to personnel process management, ensuring database updates, compliance with legal and institutional regulations, and providing support to client areas—thereby guaranteeing quality, organization, and procedural compliance. Responsibilities: * Conduct, under supervision, onboarding, offboarding, reinstatement, and salary-related movements (e.g., merit increases, promotions, transfers, etc.); * Update databases and maintain organized records in accordance with legislation and internal policies; * Maintain communication with client areas and group suppliers for sending and receiving information; * Ensure organization and quality of physical and digital documentation in archives; * Complete operational checklists related to benefits processes and employee support; * Support implementation of internal procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and deadlines.
