We seek a candidate with strong technical execution skills and attention to detail, capable of quickly absorbing the context of various products to translate them into clear and effective visual assets. **YOUR CHALLENGES** * Create assets for various channels and formats, including social media, campaigns, digital, and printed materials * Provide creative support to different company departments by interpreting briefings and delivering visual solutions aligned with each request * Build Key Visuals for campaigns and evolve team templates * Continuously learn about the portfolio of courses and programs, ensuring accuracy in assets and attention to product-specific nomenclature and references * Contribute to improving the team’s design processes and standards to ensure scalable growth **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO** * Has experience in marketing and communications design * Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) * Is familiar with Canva and Google Slides * Presents a portfolio showcasing high-quality execution and visual consistency * Can manage multiple requests while focusing on deadlines and priorities * Has strong communication skills to interact effectively across departments * Demonstrates proactivity, attention to detail, and a desire to grow * ️ **Availability for on\-site work in Salvador/BA (Rua Alceu Amoroso Lima) or São Paulo/SP (Av. Jabaquara – near the metro)** **YOU WILL STAND OUT IF** * You have experience in education or healthcare design * You possess a strong eye for scalable template and process creation * You have experience integrating AI into your design workflows **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and build visual solutions * Create and adapt assets for social media, campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and printed materials * Build and maintain Key Visuals and templates, ensuring consistency across channels and formats * Organize and document design processes and best practices * Monitor deliverables and propose continuous improvements to the team’s creative operations **OUR INTERNAL TOOLS** * Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Canva * Google Slides * Notion **Important note:** Prior knowledge of all our internal tools is not required.
