Work Location: Salvador/BA Your energy will be vital for: Collecting, processing, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data and indicators; managing and governing information; developing Business Intelligence solutions that optimize processes, ensure data quality and reliability, support the organization’s operational, strategic, and critical decision-making, and foster continuous innovation. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring (Power BI, Qlik, Excel); * Conduct statistical analyses and identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure information consistency and quality (ETL, validation, standardization); * Automate data collection, processing, and updating procedures (SQL, Python, scripts); * Support business areas with actionable insights for decision-making, translating analyses into practical recommendations; * Participate in BI and Data Analytics projects, proposing improvements and new metrics; * Document processes and ensure data governance (versioning, compliance, LGPD); * Train users and provide support in interpreting indicators. Requirements to join our team: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or Administration; * Experience in BI development, analysis, process documentation, data modeling, statistics, data governance, data protection, ETL/ELT, data visualization, machine learning, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies; * Proficiency in tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
