Join TPC Intelligent Logistics! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and control operational teams and services; * Manage team leaders per department to achieve established results and goals; * Guide and monitor teams in receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping activities, meeting demand requirements; * Validate internal workflows; * People management; * Ensure team safety in the workplace; * Conduct training for leaders and operational teams; * Analytical capability to prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and develop strategies to achieve results; * Collaborate with internal clients and suppliers to develop solutions for operational issues; * Present KPIs to management and clients; * Monitor productivity indicators; * Participate in operational critical analysis meetings together with clients; * Monitor and audit operational expenses, seeking cost reduction; * Audit operational KPIs and PLR (Profit Sharing) indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of WMS systems; Prior experience in this role; Experience in people management; **Additional Information** Logistics domain knowledge; Flexible working hours; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal voucher; Bonus voucher; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; If you seek more than just a job—if you seek to be part of something bigger—TPC is the right place for you!
