




Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Computer Technician for initial technical support ticket handling, remote assistance, and diagnosis of electronic security systems, with emphasis on communication and organization. Position: Level 1 Computer Technician Focus on Electronic Security Location: Salvador and North Coast of Bahia (BA) We are looking for a Level 1 Computer Technician with interest and skills in electronic security to provide first-level customer support and assist technical operations in Salvador and the North Coast. Main Responsibilities: Initial technical support ticket handling Remote IT, network, and system support Initial diagnosis of faults in electronic security systems Opening and organizing tickets and tasks Remote preventive maintenance Bench-based equipment maintenance On-site technical support, as directed Recording technical information and evidence in the system Requirements: Education or experience in IT, networking, or related fields Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service aptitude Interest in learning and working with electronic security systems Availability to work in Salvador and the North Coast Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technical support Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or networking Experience with ticketing systems Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Possibility of remote weekend on-call shifts when necessary, with overtime compensation Salary and Benefits: Starting salary: R$ 1.700,00 After 90 days: R$ 1.830,00 Meal allowance: R$ 25.00 per day Transportation allowance Dental plan Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.700,00 – R$1.830,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
