The company is rapidly expanding its international presence and holds a leading position among the world’s largest manufacturers of electrified vehicles, accelerating the energy transition across multiple countries. **Responsibilities and Duties** The business-oriented IT Analyst will focus on managing complex requirements, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and prioritizing deliverables, optimizing processes, and governing the demand lifecycle through to outcome realization. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, serving as the functional reference for business systems and processes across various domains. * Facilitate demand prioritization based on value, supporting decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade\-offs aligned with business strategy. * Map and optimize end\-to\-end processes, ensuring alignment among organizational objectives, solution design, and operational execution. * Manage the requirements lifecycle, including change control, impact analysis, and traceability between initiatives and versions. * Act as a senior key user and functional expert for platforms under your responsibility, understanding configurations, integrations, and operational limitations. * Validate solution designs, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with real business needs. * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, overseeing defect corrections, validations, and functional sign-off prior to production release. * Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, disseminating best practices in analysis, documentation, and system usage. * Support post\-implementation reviews, promoting lessons learned and continuous improvement of processes and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a postgraduate degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or Management is considered a plus. * Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, functional leadership, or related roles within highly complex environments. * Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, fostering alignment across cross-functional areas and strategic stakeholders. * Experience in industrial, regulated, or highly integrated environments with strong interdependence among processes and systems. * Advanced analytical capability to assess end\-to\-end processes and their impacts on systems, teams, and organizational structures. * High degree of autonomy, critical thinking, and accountability in conducting analyses and generating business value. * Collaborative profile, with ability to guide less experienced professionals and serve as a reference for best practices in analysis. **Additional Information** Certifications such as IIBA CBAP, Advanced BPMN, SAFe / Agile BA will be considered advantageous. Advanced English proficiency is required due to frequent interaction with Chinese colleagues at the plant, as well as global teams.
