We seek professionals eager to continuously evolve, learn about emerging market trends, and strategically and practically drive growth for both clients and the agency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop layouts for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms. * Create visual identities and digital assets for online campaigns. * Design banners, creatives, and advertising materials (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms). * Update and perform visual maintenance on websites and e-commerce platforms. * Ensure responsiveness and basic user experience (UX/UI). * Collaborate with traffic and marketing teams to align visual identity with performance strategies. * Perform adjustments and customizations on digital platforms per client requirements. * Participate in internal meetings for project alignment. * Organize files and deliverables according to the agency’s schedule. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Communication. * Organization. * Creativity. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Deadline management. * Adaptability. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** Bnexus – Advertising and Marketing Agency. * **Work Location:** Salvador/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour break. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Web Designer or Digital Designer. * Proficiency in Elementor and Adobe XD or similar tools is a plus.
