**Job Mission:**
Ensure monitoring and quality of financial and real estate investment information, contributing to decision-making, regulatory compliance, governance, and sustainable value generation for the entity.
**Responsibilities and Tasks:**
* Monitor, control, and analyze investment portfolios, ensuring consistency of economic\-financial information.
* Prepare periodic management reports on performance and investment returns, in compliance with the Investment Policy, internal regulations, and applicable legislation.
* Perform reconciliations of positions, cash flows, and returns among internal systems, custodians, fund administrators, and asset managers.
* Monitor macroeconomic and financial indicators impacting investment portfolios of plans and profiles.
* Control, monitor, and update information related to owned properties and real estate investments.
* Monitor real estate contracts (leases, assignments, invoices, purchases and sales), analyzing deadlines, adjustments, and associated risks.
* Support analysis of real estate appraisal reports, feasibility studies, and technical documents related to assets.
* Consolidate and analyze information on real estate revenues and expenses, occupancy rates, profitability, and economic performance of properties.
* Support preparation of information and reports for the Executive Board, Councils, Investment Committees, and regulatory bodies.
* Support internal and external audits by organizing information, documents, and evidence of processes under the Management Department’s responsibility.
* Propose improvements to operational routines, automation, and standardization of controls and reports.
* Perform other activities related to this position.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Acceptable: Final semester currently in progress.
**Experience:**
* Recent graduate and/or at least 1 year of experience in this field or a similar role.
**Certifications and Training:**
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
* Certification \- Minimum CPA\-20 (ANBIMA)

**Work Schedule:**
