We expanded from Northeast Brazil to Southeast, South, and Central-West regions, developing solutions for diverse customer profiles—from tourists and ride-hailing drivers to family travelers and corporate fleets. \#OFocoéSomar **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments to ensure a clean and organized workplace and customer service area; * Handle cleaning products and necessary equipment to carry out assigned tasks; * Remove trash and maintain organization of designated areas; * Prepare coffee daily to serve customers and staff; * Restock hygiene supplies, cups, various materials, and water; * Perform other duties related to the General Services Assistant role; **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work on a **6x1 rotating schedule, Monday through Saturday (including holidays), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (24 weekly hours)**; * Experience as a general services assistant, kitchen helper, cleaning assistant, janitor, or similar—formal or informal; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their applications; * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team; * Attention to detail and organizational sense; * Availability to comply with work schedules and shifts; **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** ---------------------------------------- * Knowledge of environmental sanitation and maintenance routines; * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and quality; * Flexibility to perform various operational tasks. **Benefits:** --------------- * Transportation allowance (with 6% deduction, per CLT regulations); * Meal/food allowance of BRL 362.00/month via Swile multibenefits card; * BEM MAIS benefit; * SEST/SENAT partnership offering free dental, physiotherapy, psychological, and nutritional care; * Totalpass (optional); * SulAmérica Dental Plan (optional); * Refer a Talent Program: BRL 200.00 bonus on Swile flexible card if the referred friend is hired (subject to current rules); * Birthday day off (Dayoff); * Corporate University (Unifoco); * Other benefits (depending on location).
