




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the safe and secure transportation of patients by ambulance, ensuring the vehicle and equipment are properly maintained and upholding ethical conduct. Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely transport patients during routine and/or emergency transfers, ensuring their safety and integrity throughout the entire journey; * Assist with patient boarding and disembarkation when necessary, supporting the care team; * Drive the ambulance responsibly, adhering to assigned routes, schedules, institutional protocols, and traffic code regulations; * Daily inspect the vehicle and equipment conditions, perform checklists, and report any irregularities or maintenance needs; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the ambulance and equipment under one’s responsibility; * Record and report incidents, complications, or delays occurring during transportation; * Uphold ethical conduct, professional confidentiality, courtesy, and appropriate use of PPE, per institutional guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license, Category D; * Emergency Vehicle Driver Training Course (CONTRAN); * Prior experience as an ambulance driver; * Knowledge of defensive driving, safe driving in urgent situations, and basic first aid; * Availability to work rotating shifts **Additional Information** Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and a focus on achieving optimal results.
