




**BILLING ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Carry out shipping and billing processes in compliance with applicable regulations to maintain the logistical flow of shipping and billing; * Issue, verify, and classify invoices, bank slips, and receipts, calculating taxes and withholdings accordingly; * Issue orders, update inventory movements, and process payment settlements; * Continuously update customer records, contacting them as needed; * Contact other companies; * Prepare documents such as "shipping manifests", summarizing all invoices issued during the period, detailing billed quantities, customer names, amounts, and the transportation company; * Perform related tasks as directed by management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; · Strong communication skills; * Dedication and proactivity; · Experience in billing and logistics; · Minimum of 2 years’ experience. · Preferably residing in Maracanaú. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Salary: To be negotiated. **Send your resume to the email: adm06\.ba@isoplast.ind.br** Job type: Permanent CLT position Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.006,76 per month
