Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Local Hiring Coordination: Monitor openings of new positions and liaise with HR Recruitment and SESOC to meet internal deadlines for new employees’ onboarding. Verify and assemble PPE and uniform kits (mobilization and demobilization); * Accredited Clinic Registration and Management: Conduct selection (across multiple regions), register, and accredit partner clinics (GST / FJS systems), ensuring they are qualified and adequately equipped to perform all occupational examinations required under USSMA contracts; * Ensure contract coverage and optimize service delivery; * Examination Scheduling and Follow-up (SO): Centrally schedule and monitor all occupational examinations according to each client’s demand, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. We provide real-time status reports and personalized tracking, minimizing operational impacts and ensuring compliance with current regulations; * Occupational Health Data Management in eSocial: Review clients’ PCMSO and PGR documents to manage occupational health data, ensuring that client examination information (S\-2210, S\-2220, and S\-2240\) is properly entered into the SOC system in accordance with legal requirements; * Prepare monthly reports and indicators to facilitate client management of employee occupational health; * Enter occupational health records (S\-2210, S\-2220, and S\-2240\), including admission, dismissal, periodic, and CAT examinations into the SOC system, ensuring compliance with eSocial regulations; * Issue monthly reports via SOC to clients, detailing the volume of demands generated during the month; * Monthly and/or biweekly verification of demands and reconciliation against invoices issued by Partner Clinics; * Submit a spreadsheet to the Unit’s billing department listing examination volumes, generating indicators on examination types, values, and variables for occupational health examinations requested during the month; * Managerial Reports and Occupational Health Indicators: Issue internal and external (contract-based) reports detailing occupational health indicators — number of examinations performed, examination types, regions served, and associated costs; * Billing and Payment Management for Occupational Examination Clinics: Monitor authorized examinations and related billing for occupational examinations performed; * List examinations requested for the billing portfolio; * Manual Time Tracking and Sysqual Control: Collect manual time records monthly for all contracts, checking for alterations and verifying worked hours, clock-in/clock-out times, and breaks, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with contractual terms prior to submission to supervision.
