




Job Summary: The Social Worker performs technical, ethical, and integrated work in implementing socioeducational measures, promoting and defending human rights. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical documents and participation in planning The Social Worker plays an essential role in implementing socioeducational measures, working technically, ethically, and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Among their main responsibilities is providing social monitoring for adolescents and their families through qualified listening, identification of vulnerabilities, and guidance on rights and duties. They also coordinate with the protection network to ensure access to essential services and strengthen family and community bonds. Additionally, they prepare technical documents—such as reports and opinions—that support judicial and administrative decisions. They actively participate in the planning and evaluation of socioeducational actions and monitor compliance with the measure, proposing interventions when necessary. At every stage, they promote and defend human rights, contributing to social development and recidivism prevention. **Job Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with active registration at CRESS. Knowledge of socioeducational technical regulations and FUNDAC guidelines. Ability to work within a multiprofessional team and carry out social monitoring activities. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to prepare technical reports. Availability for on-site work at the Semi-Freedom Unit.
