




TEMIS Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade is seeking a Social Worker, committed to responsible socio-environmental practices and passionate about working with communities, to join our excellence team as a Social Analyst. If you have experience in socio-environmental work, community engagement, conflict mediation, and developing projects focused on social well-being and sustainability, come build this story with us! **At TEMIS, you will have the opportunity to:** * Participate in socio-environmental projects across different regions of Brazil, contributing to dialogue between communities, entrepreneurs, and public agencies. * Work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to sustainability and social development. * Develop social diagnostics, action plans, and community engagement strategies. * Contribute to the implementation of socio-environmental measures that promote positive and lasting impacts. * Strengthen relationships with communities, local leaders, and public and private institutions. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct field-based social diagnostics and surveys, including interviews, home visits, and community meetings. * Develop and monitor Social Programs related to environmental licensing, resettlement, environmental education, and mitigation of social impacts. * Prepare technical reports, work plans, field records, and documents related to socio-environmental requirements. * Facilitate communication processes and social participation, including public hearings and technical meetings. * Mediate conflicts and promote dialogue actions between communities and companies. * Monitor social indicators and propose strategic actions for community development. * Ensure compliance with relevant social and environmental regulations applicable to projects and developments. **We are looking for a professional who:** * Holds a degree in Social Work, with active registration at CRESS. * Has prior experience in social, socio-environmental projects or community work. * Has prior experience in interviews, social mobilization, field visits, and assisting vulnerable groups. * Is skilled in preparing reports, diagnostics, and technical documents in the social field. * Possesses strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and mediation ability. * Can work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. * Is available for external activities. **Will be an advantage:** * Postgraduate studies or courses in socio-environmental areas, public policies, conflict mediation, or related fields. * Prior experience in environmental licensing and compliance with social requirements. * Experience working with traditional communities, quilombolas, or indigenous peoples. * Experience with environmental education programs, social communication, or community development. * Skills in social analysis, indicators, and participatory methodologies.
