




Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker to provide social services and facilitate group activities, focusing on socialization and welcoming, as well as report writing and advisory support. Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide social service and facilitate group activities, performing duties with emphasis on socialization and welcoming general behaviors; * Deliver social services to clients (employees), including welcoming or family members; * Prepare activity reports and expert opinions; * Provide advisory services to clients (internal and external); * Follow up on cases to assist in improving and supporting their social journey; * Work in the social area and support groups addressing diverse interdisciplinary topics, mediating demands and monitoring post-project demands/journeys. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work; * Completed postgraduate degree in related fields; * Experience in the healthcare sector; **Additional Information** .
