Building, developing, and caring with humanity as the core purpose S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as an **ACCOUNTABILITY ANALYST**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and train frontline professionals regarding contractual targets, particularly related to documentation and evidence submission; * Analyze activity reports (contractual targets) and their corresponding supporting evidence received from Units; * Analyze and validate financial proof documentation in the accountability system for submission to the contracting party; * Analyze and validate Explanatory Notes to justify anomalies in processes; * Monitor and follow up on social assistance notifications for response to the Secretariat; * Track process workflows at the Secretariat to ensure timely receipt of funds per the agreed contractual schedule; * Update Contract Notification Control spreadsheets; * Populate the spreadsheet that supports Accountability Management Indicators; * Organize responses to inconsistencies and notifications related to accountability; * Update accountability information on the transparency portal. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Higher education degree; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field is desirable; * Experience in social assistance accountability is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.737,56 * **Workload:** 200 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially oriented and inclusive institution, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, qualified as a Social Organization in various states and municipalities across Brazil, operating in both public and private service delivery sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a nationally recognized institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
