




**Description:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, with a certificate issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Valid registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) of the respective locality where practicing. Specialist title in Occupational Medicine awarded by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), or certification from a Medical Residency Program in Occupational Medicine, or a postgraduate specialization course in Occupational Medicine recognized by the MEC. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in occupational health care within organizations. Training in Biosafety or NR-32. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by Petrobras. Professional skills for teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, organization, and commitment. Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as an occupational physician. Desirable minimum of two (2) years’ experience as the responsible professional for the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program). Conduct clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or received medical reports to assess employee health and determine work capacity/fitness for duty; Perform occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions—such as internal and external referrals—and negotiate suitable work activities compatible with possible restrictions or limitations with leadership; Conduct pre- and post-travel health assessments; Conduct medical evaluations and/or participate in multidisciplinary boards to assess eligibility of persons with disabilities (PwD) for quota placement; Prepare and register in the information system a transfer report for Occupational Medical Examinations due to changes in occupational hazards, specifying required complementary examinations if necessary; Assess work capacity and validate medical certificates for individuals deemed fully unfit for work, recording clinical data and impressions, as well as applicable medical leave periods in the Health Information System, and carrying out necessary follow-up actions; Conduct forensic examinations for in-person validation of medical certificates; Monitor employees on social security benefits, including home, hospital, and/or INSS visits when required; Assess employee health conditions to identify possibilities for reintegration into suitable work activities consistent with their health status or potential health impairments, and define intervention strategies; Issue medical reports justifying the need for continued absence and prognosis in cases of unfitness for work; Issue opinions and/or reports detailing conclusions regarding work capacity and/or temporary partial incapacity that may necessitate changes in employment regime or job duties, specifying restrictions for certain work activities, their causes, and timelines for medical re-evaluation; Investigate and establish causal links in partnership with Petrobras professionals; Complete the Accident Report Form (CAT) in the Health Information System and issue appropriate notifications to involved parties (internal and external to the Company) concerning the Management of Anomalies and Occupational Accidents, as well as classify and characterize incidents according to Petrobras standards and guidelines; Analyze causes of absenteeism due to illness or accidents within operational departments; Participate in health consultations and inspections in operational areas; Assess working conditions of injured workers jointly with the injured worker and the accident investigation committee, as requested, following internal procedures; Conduct hospital or home medical visits to employees, as requested, issue post-visit reports, and record data in electronic medical records. Participate in medical boards to finalize clinical evaluations; Work within multidisciplinary teams, provide individual interdisciplinary health follow-up, and serve as a technical mentor during case discussions; Analyze working conditions and social relationships, and provide guidance and referrals to Health Programs and Social Services; Interface with attending physicians to ensure appropriate technical support for occupational physician evaluations, when necessary; Implement structured actions integrated across various programs developed by the Company; Prepare planning reports and managerial dashboards and support indicator analysis using Petrobras’ management systems and tools; Formulate technical opinions on matters within one’s specialty and provide advisory support to Petrobras management, as requested; Critically analyze medical record entries and prepare summaries and/or reports—including challenging causal link determinations—as requested by the Petrobras team; Advise, plan, manage, and consolidate and critically analyze data; Propose, plan, and execute collective activities promoting dialogue spaces and applying appropriate strategies to raise awareness, foster engagement, and empower workers; Enter into Petrobras’ Information System records of occupational examinations performed by external professionals; Assume technical responsibility for services before the respective professional council, when required; Record information and consultations in official forms and/or information systems; Provide occasional emergency and urgent care support to readiness teams, requiring specific training provided by Petrobras; Carry out professional responsibilities outlined in Law No. 12,842/13 and its amendments, Federal Medical Council (CFM) Resolution No. 2297/21, and all other regulations issued by the CFM, State Regional Medical Councils (CRM), the Ministry of Labor and Employment’s Regulatory Standards (NRs), and applicable legislation. 2512120202501916410
