Responsibilities: * **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers arriving at the workshop, listening to their concerns and requirements regarding their vehicles. * **Service Order Creation**: Collect detailed vehicle information—including make, model, year, reported issues, and service history—and record this information on the service order. * **Quotations**: Prepare and present quotations to customers, including parts and labor costs, and address specific questions about services. * **Service Coordination**: Organize and schedule services, ensuring the technical team is informed of priorities and deadlines. * **Communication**: Keep customers updated on service progress, delivery timelines, and any changes to the quotation. * **Document Management**: Maintain records and files related to service orders, payments, and warranties. * **Billing and Collections**: Finalize service orders and issue invoices.
