




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ensure the safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant assembly, use, and dismantling of scaffolding, coordinating teams and guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and quality standards in industrial maintenance activities. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise scaffolding assembly, inspection, use, and dismantling activities. * Assign tasks to the team, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Conduct daily safety inspections of scaffolding, authorizing or prohibiting use when necessary. * Ensure scaffold assemblies meet technical standards requirements (NR\-18, NR\-35, and other applicable regulations). * Monitor the use of scaffolding materials and accessories, preventing losses and waste. * Conduct training and provide team guidance on best practices for assembly and safety. * Support engineers, technicians, and supervisors in tasks related to working at heights during maintenance. * Prepare activity progress reports and scaffolding condition reports. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma (industrial technical course preferred); * Experience: Proven experience as a scaffolder and in leading industrial maintenance teams. ### **BENEFITS** As per local collective bargaining agreement. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
