Job Summary: A multifunctional maintenance professional to assist in civil construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry services. Key Highlights: 1. Wall painting and various minor adjustments OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. This institution offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in civil construction, preventive and corrective electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry services, including carrying and delivering materials, performing minor adjustments and calibrations; * Prepare mortar by mixing cement, sand, and water, dosing quantities appropriately for laying bricks, flooring, tiles, and other materials; * Lay flooring, tiles, and bricks following instructions from the mason, bonding them with mortar; * Paint walls by applying paint using appropriate materials, following instructions from the painter. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * On-site cafeteria.
