BYD seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to work strategically in financial management of operations, monitoring cash flow, conducting feasibility analyses, controlling key performance indicators, and ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. On a daily basis, you will be a key player in financial organization, supporting decision-making, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of the company's results. This is an ideal opportunity for analytical, organized professionals passionate about innovation and growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for researching Brazil's foreign exchange control policies and submitting reports to the central bank; ensure compliance of local cash operations; * Responsible for maintaining relationships with local banks, opening/closing accounts, and performing account modification operations—including completing related documents, processing transactions, and managing security files; also responsible for annual confirmations and arranging meetings; * Responsible for uploading settlement instructions and handling spot foreign exchange transactions; promote the direct bank-to-corporate linkage project (H2H); and optimize business processes from a cash management perspective; * Prepare daily cash reports, monthly revenue and expense transaction reports, and other financial reports; provide relevant information and documents to the accounting department; and execute regular monthly payments; * Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;** * Advanced/Fluent English; * Experience with Mastersaf, TaxOne, and SAP systems; * **Advanced Office suite** (Excel and Power BI); * Advanced analytical capability and **critical thinking** to identify tax-related risks and opportunities, **technical rigor**, attention to detail, and strong compliance awareness; * Ability to analyze complex data and make evidence-based decisions; * Proactive and organized profile, capable of handling **high workloads and tight deadlines;** * Strong communication skills for interaction with auditors, internal departments, and tax authorities. **Additional Information** * Medical and Dental Assistance, extendable to dependents; * Collective Life Insurance by Porto Seguro, with no monthly fee; * Chartered Transportation or Fuel Allowance; * On-site Cafeteria; * Meal Voucher to assist with monthly grocery purchases; * Wellhub platform for physical and mental health care; * Health and wellness programs to improve quality of life; * Golden Farma Card for discounted purchases at registered pharmacies—applicable to both medications and hygiene/beauty items—directly deducted from payroll; * Daycare Assistance, subject to eligibility criteria.
