Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the company's representative in meetings and negotiations with union representatives; Research, analyze, and develop proposals for collective bargaining processes with unions; Administer and implement the organization’s labor relations programs, policies, and procedures; Analyze employment contracts; Provide guidance on labor legislation issues to managers and employees; Ensure negotiated agreement terms are effectively implemented and comply with agreed-upon guidelines; Supervise the implementation of new departmental procedures; Participate in training and development programs to enhance negotiation skills and understanding of labor laws; Train staff on new policies or changes resulting from negotiations; Ensure all aspects of negotiations and agreements comply with applicable labor laws and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Solid prior experience in collective bargaining; Strong knowledge of Labor Legislation; Prior experience leading teams; Previous experience in the industrial sector, preferably automotive; Advanced English proficiency; Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
