Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Ensure operational process safety in onshore and offshore facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting operational integrity through risk analysis, audits, and technical support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to operational areas in Process Safety, ensuring safe operations and compliance with regulatory agency requirements; * Ensure facility compliance with SGSO requirements (ANP Resolution 43); * Conduct risk assessments and update DSO to ensure facility compliance; * Support internal SGSO audits and change management processes in onshore (refineries, process units) and offshore (FPSO) facilities; * Support technical activities related to ANP/SSM (Superintendence of Safety and Environment), insurance companies, fire departments, among others; * Support Environmental Licensing activities within the Process Safety discipline; * Develop, together with operational and HSE teams, risk assessments or their revisions, recommending necessary actions to mitigate impact and probability evaluations to meet limits defined by regulators and the Company's operational risk management philosophy; * Ensure integration of critical systems and equipment into risk assessments and critical operational procedures; * Develop integrity and reliability indicators according to SGSO and process safety requirements; * Develop and review operational procedures, evaluating and implementing necessary adjustments related to process safety when required, aiming at standardizing unit operations; * Commit to continuous improvement of business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability.
