We are the controlling holding company of the concessionaires Bahia Norte (CBN) and Litoral Norte (CLN) in Bahia, and Rota do Atlântico (CRA) and Rota dos Coqueiros (CRC) in Pernambuco, collectively spanning approximately 400 kilometers. If you seek to build your career and join a company that paves the way for the future, this opportunity is for you. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling Level 1 (N1) service requests related to networks, servers, and infrastructure; * Basic VLAN configuration on switches; * Installation, organization, and maintenance of structured cabling; * Support for Windows Server and Linux servers; * Basic administration of VMware virtualized environments; * Support and monitoring of backup routines using Veeam Backup \& Replication; * Support for CCTV systems (Digifort); * Assistance with Access Point (AP) configuration and troubleshooting; * Basic firewall support (FortiGate); * Environment monitoring using Zabbix and Grafana. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Networks, Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP model); * Experience with structured cabling; * Familiarity with VLANs and wireless networks; * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux servers; * Understanding of virtualization (VMware); * Basic knowledge of backup routines (Veeam). #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience with CCTV **Position open to persons with disabilities (PCD).**
