Your responsibilities will include: Providing on-site and remote technical support to users (Helpdesk Levels 1 and 2). Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and laptops (hardware and software). Installing and configuring operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and peripherals (printers, scanners). Providing basic network infrastructure support (cabling, Wi-Fi). Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (enrolled or completed). Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills and proactivity.
