Teamwork and communication to ensure service continuity ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures to ensure proper maintenance of organizational and cleanliness standards under the contract; Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timetable, following established standards to ensure proper maintenance of organizational and cleanliness standards under the contract; Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies, ensuring environmental preservation and continuous floor-level restocking; Remove waste from departments and rooms according to the established protocol, delivering it to temporary waste collection points; Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (when required) for activity tracking; Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and correct handling of materials and products, per company standards, hygiene requirements, and guidance from supervisors and safety regulations; Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or waste bins, in accordance with established standards; Deliver organized materials (functional cart and waste bin) and the DML, as per the established protocol in the POP (Standard Operating Procedure), to the next shift worker, ensuring continuity of service quality; Correctly dilute cleaning chemicals, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and provided training. Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; Perform related duties within one’s competencies, as requested by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. (In the absence of formal documentation verifying education level, the application form confirming literacy will prevail). DESIRED: Completed Elementary School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. DESIRED: 6 months (In the absence of formal documentation, experience recorded in the professional work card will prevail).
