We’re waiting for your application!** **\#joinbahiana** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Construction and Renovation** * Build and renovate masonry structures (walls, fences, etc.). * Apply plaster to walls. * Install ceramic tiles on floors and walls. * Cut ceramic tiles, blocks, and bricks. * Perform roof tile nailing. **Preparation and Technical Execution** * Mix and prepare various composite materials. * Pour and compact concrete into forms and produce cement-based artifacts. * Repair concrete structures (columns, beams, and slabs). * Build reinforced concrete structures (slabs, columns, beams, foundations). * Apply surface waterproofing techniques. * Carry out cladding and waterproofing services. **Planning and Organization** * Accurately estimate material quantities and specifications. * Lay out construction sites according to project plans. * Prepare and organize work in accordance with technical specifications. * Store parts, materials, and equipment. * Perform cleaning and organization based on the 5S methodology. **Customer Service and Support** * Provide general area information and guide internal/external clients. * Assess needs and provide appropriate referrals. * Support institutional events. * Supervise laborers’ activities. **Maintenance and Auditing** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding. * Support internal and external audits related to departmental processes. **Other Duties** * Perform tasks in accordance with documented authorizations. * Provide technical guidance regarding sector-specific practices and routines. * Carry out other related duties as needed or per higher-level instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Preferred: professional with at least two (2) years of proven experience in the field. **Desired Experience** * **Technical Training or Proven Experience** in civil construction, masonry, and reinforced concrete structures. * **Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.** * **Practical experience in:** * Ceramic tile and cladding installation. * Waterproofing techniques. * Repair and construction of reinforced concrete structures. * **Proficiency in mixing and preparing mortars and concrete.** * **Familiarity with occupational safety standards** and proper use of PPE/collective protective equipment. * **Ability to plan and organize materials and tools.** * **Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.** * **Basic knowledge of the 5S methodology** and good organizational practices. * **Strong communication skills** for serving and guiding internal and external clients. * Preferred: experience **supervising laborers** or support teams. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * 40 hours/week (monthly rotating schedule: Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday). **Work Modality:** * On-site. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday Day Off; * Quality of Life Program (Workplace Gymnastics, Aquagym, Meditation, Pilates, Yoga, Smoking Cessation Support); * On-site meals; * Extended leave policies; * Bahiana Family Program (health assistance program for employees); * Benefits through partner institutions; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
