We look forward to your application!** **#joinbahiana** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver training sessions and development initiatives for operational technical staff. * Assess infrastructure conditions for equipment access and installation. * Transport, assemble, disassemble, install, uninstall, test, and store audiovisual and/or IT equipment required for scheduled activities. * Monitor usage of classrooms, computer labs, and auditoriums. * Notify the department supervisor when service requests must be opened for equipment/furniture repair/maintenance, as well as for all classroom infrastructure issues. * Manage classroom opening and closing according to established procedures and schedules. * Conduct checklists in physical spaces under SAAP management to ensure space suitability, functionality of available equipment/furniture for activities, and identification of potential anomalies or improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: coursework in event sound engineering, audio and video production, or related fields. * Knowledge of audiovisual equipment. * Proficiency in operating small- to medium-sized audio mixing consoles. * Lighting knowledge (preferred). **Additional Information** **Workload:** Indicate weekly working hours (40 hours/week) **Employment Type:** * Indicate if on-site **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Medical plan; * Dental plan; * Birthday day off; * Quality-of-Life Program (workplace gymnastics, aqua aerobics, meditation, pilates, yoga, smoking cessation support); * On-site meals; * Extended leave policies; * Bahiana Family Program (health support program for employees); * Benefits through partner institutions; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
