Come join our team and become a Med Member **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide individual or group social services; Conduct interdisciplinary and multiprofessional individual follow-up for active and on-leave employees; Deliver joint services alongside multidisciplinary teams; Identify social aspects involved in work relationships and organization affecting employee performance, health, and adaptation to special working conditions; Assess employee eligibility for specific health programs and/or need for referral to external specialists; Support and monitor employees on leave due to illness or accident, evaluating social factors impacting their health status, defining intervention strategies, and making appropriate referrals; Advise leadership, management, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety (SMS), and other members of the Health Service regarding social demands related to the world of work and matters within their scope; Systematize and issue reports, technical opinions, and studies related to demands and topics within their scope; Conduct home, hospital, and institutional visits, as required; Develop educational materials, deliver lectures, and implement health education initiatives targeting occupational health, aimed at leaders, the workforce, and health/Human Resources professionals; Record information and interventions in designated forms and/or computerized systems; Perform other duties outlined in Law No. 8\.662/93 and its amendments, as well as other regulations issued by the Federal Council of Social Work (CFESS), Regional Councils of Social Work (CRESS), Normative Rules of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, certified by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Be in good standing with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS) in the respective locality where practicing. Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and/or Mental Health and/or Quality of Life and/or Chemical Dependency, recognized by the MEC, is desirable. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience applying occupational health service concepts within organizations and/or multidisciplinary team practice in health services. Training in Biosafety or NR32\. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by Petrobras.
