Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct meetings aimed at collecting requirements and information to be used in developing project implementation plans. * Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). * Develop activity lists for each project based on the WBS. * Develop, control, and follow up on detailed project schedules (individual and portfolio) and/or other project activities and actions. * Perform critical path analysis (Critical Path Methodology). * Develop project installation plans based on the 5W2H concept (What, Why, Where, Who, When, How, How much). * Develop, issue, update, and control project and/or portfolio physical progress curves. * Develop, issue, follow up, update, and control actions established for each project (follow-up of the Engineering Master Action Plan). * Perform measurements for equipment installation contractors or service providers within the project portfolio. * Participate in planning meetings, weekly follow-ups, technical discussions, design reviews, etc. * Participate in departmental engineering sectoral and/or strategic meetings. * Prepare technical meeting minutes, technical reports, charts, and presentations. * Management reports related to key project and/or portfolio KPIs. * Release of work performed by service providers. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automation, Chemical, Food). * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience implementing projects in the production area within industry. * Proficiency in written and spoken English to interact directly with service providers and equipment manufacturers, as well as exchange information with them (schedules, physical progress reports, etc.).
