Description: * Completed higher education in health or related administration fields and specialization in mental health/psychosocial care, homeless population, and related areas. Minimum of 6 months of experience as an Administrative Coordinator in health services is desirable; * Experience (minimum 6 months) within SUS and SUAS policies, preferably working with vulnerable/homeless populations and/or alcohol and drug users, from a harm reduction perspective. * Supervise daily administrative operations; * Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective solutions; * Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets/reports; * Manage, plan, organize, and control administrative department activities; * Define and manage strategies; * Track results to improve activity performance; * Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with technical, administrative, and legal standards; * Supervise teams, including task assignment and monitoring, as well as creating monthly and daily employee schedules; * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; * Conduct team meetings to organize work processes, planning, case discussions, and identifying needs for activity development, considering the technical and ethical principles underlying proposed practices; * Promote positive coexistence within the facility, intervening in cases of emotional, physical, or institutional violence; * Conduct routine organization meetings together with the team and users; * Engage with community leaders, institutions, and public managers to facilitate inter-institutional partnerships and coordinate with public and community service networks for care of the homeless population; * Support the team in providing care for the homeless population; support team members and promote caregiver self-care activities; * Monitor aspects related to professional conduct regarding attendance, punctuality, rule compliance, and task completion; * Monitor monthly outputs, producing reports to verify achievement of qualitative and quantitative contract goals and ensure proper accountability; * Support the team in developing care processes and constructing the user's Individualized Therapeutic Plan (PTS). 2509170202251724715
