




Description: * Completed secondary education; * Six months of experience in similar positions. * Conduct therapeutic workshop sessions under the guidance and supervision of higher-level professionals; * Support and participate in assessments to identify patients’ needs for therapeutic workshop activities; * Provide individual and/or group interventions; * Collaborate within an interdisciplinary multiprofessional team to implement therapeutic workshop proposals and activities—such as capoeira workshops, sports practices, community gardening, musical expression, bodily expression, games and play—as resources to develop skills and potentials that promote patients’ and groups’ autonomy and social inclusion; * Record information regarding service delivery in medical records and in the schedules of the reference higher-level professionals responsible for these activities; * Participate in periodic team meetings for case studies and discussions aimed at developing and reviewing Singular Therapeutic Projects (STPs); * Accompany professionals, patients, and family members to sports presentations and competitions, including those held outside the city; * Participate in social inclusion initiatives developed and/or supported by CER IV, encouraging participation in recreational, cultural, sports, and social activities at public facilities within the local territory—such as schools, daycare centers, cultural centers, and public leisure areas; * Engage in permanent education strategies covering diverse topics related to disability, targeting patients, family members, teachers, and professionals from various fields; * Provide logistical support—including material organization and environmental setup—for activities carried out by CER IV, such as individual and group interventions, lectures, and training sessions for internal and external audiences, ensuring preservation and integrity of resources and identifying replenishment needs. 2512040202181902759
