As a CLT Logistics Assistant, you will be a key player in keeping our operational flow running smoothly and on time. You will work for a growing company with structured processes and openness to new ideas, ensuring products reach the right destination at the right time. * Receive, inspect, and store materials and products; verify invoices and shipments. * Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to requests. * Update systems with inventory receipts and issuances. * Support physical and systemic inventory audits and stock control. * Organize the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and proper identification. * Monitor freight carriers and support scheduling of pickups. * Enter data into ERP systems and control spreadsheets. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, or shipping. * Completed high school education. * Basic computer and inventory management system knowledge. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. * Availability for in-person work under CLT employment terms. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with WMS or ERPs (e.g., Totvs, SAP, Bling, or similar). * Experience in distribution centers. * Technical or vocational training in Logistics. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs (stockouts, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover).
