This role is strategic in ensuring robust, scalable, and secure pipelines, while also contributing to the evolution of our engineering platform. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain backend solutions focused on DevOps process automation. * Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with emphasis on high availability and security. * Implement integrations between internal systems and continuous delivery tools. * Ensure observability and monitoring of solutions (logs, metrics, alerts). * Collaborate with development squads to improve deployment and release practices. * Participate in defining architecture and technical standards for the Delivery platform. **Qualifications** Technical Requirements: * Solid experience with backend programming languages (preferably Java, Go, or Python). * Advanced knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.). * Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible). * Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience with monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, ELK). * Best practices for security in pipelines and credential management. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with microservices architecture. * Knowledge of feature flags, progressive delivery, and deployment strategies (canary, blue/green, etc.). * Familiarity with SRE and reliability practices.
