





The Process Analyst will be the guardian of **Quality and Operational Efficiency** at Flexmaker. The primary challenge is to ensure compliance with established quality standards, monitor goal performance across all departments, and drive standardization and documentation of procedures, ensuring that company operations remain **compliant** with internal policies and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 9001 and ANVISA regulations for medical/hospital products). **Experience:** Solid experience as a Process Analyst, Quality Analyst, or in related fields. * **Knowledge:** Practical experience implementing and maintaining **Quality Management Systems (QMS)**, preferably based on **ISO 9001**. * **Differentiator:** Knowledge of healthcare sector regulations (ANVISA) will be considered a significant advantage. * **Skills:** Excellent data analysis, interpersonal communication, and attention-to-detail skills. **1. Goal and Performance Management** * Conduct weekly and monthly tracking of departmental goals (Finance, Sales, Production, Logistics, HR, Quality), updating the Goal Plan. * Analyze and summarize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity reports (from tools such as ClickUp), highlighting meritocracy and performance. * Coordinate visual management, ensuring that goal status, KPIs, and project outcomes are visible and accessible to all employees. **2. Quality and Compliance** * Maintain and manage the **Quality Management System (QMS)**, including organization and maintenance of documentation (manuals, procedures, and records). * Ensure company processes comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001 and specific ANVISA regulations, where applicable to the business). * Develop and manage standardization documentation, such as Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in collaboration with managers. **3. Auditing and Control** * Coordinate and conduct internal audits of processes, routines, inputs, and outputs (RSI) across all departments to verify adherence to quality standards. * Develop and execute cross-departmental audit schedules (5S Management). * Enforce compliance with procedures, records, and incidents (NC, OM, OG, deviations, and RSI) through audits and meetings. **4. Training and Continuous Improvement** * Collaborate with HR to plan and deliver training on standards, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the importance of quality and safety culture. * Monitor and verify new employee integration/maturity targets in partnership with HR. * Present and propose process improvement actions that yield tangible results.
