That’s why we are constantly seeking new talents ready to make a difference alongside us. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily store visits to ensure operational standards; * Ensure all new projects are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized commercial practices; * Apply innovative approaches and techniques to stay competitive; * People management; * Support general managers in achieving expected results; * Guarantee stores’ operational standards; * Facilitate relationships between stores and head office departments; **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, Business, or related fields; * Prior experience as a district or regional manager in food retail; * Proven experience in people management; * Familiarity with PDCA is desirable
